In addition, i offer support to families, young people and children in challenging times at school or at home.
My goal is to support everyone to live the best version of their life, as well as to prevent adults and young people from entering psychiatric facilities.
My work
I work with various techniques such as: psychological coaching, crisis interventions, counseling, family support and Neurographica.
I take a more holistic approach than that of psychologists or psychiatrists, to support sincere listening with sincere words, and to confront people with themselves in order to get into the process of acting and thus create a change in their condition. I work in a solution and goal-oriented manner.
I am bound by professional and ethical confidentiality. Exceptions are if someone presents a danger to themselves or a third party.
